I'm Mesut — a software engineer and team lead based in Sinop, Turkey with over 17 years in the industry. I started writing PHP at university and never really stopped building things since.
My career has taken me from small agencies to large-scale product companies across Europe and the Middle East — including Property Finder, where I helped grow an engineering team from scratch to 20+ people operating across 6 countries; currently leading engineering teams at AMD Telecom S.A
I care deeply about clean architecture, developer culture, and shipping things that actually work. I've worn a lot of hats — backend engineer, mobile developer, team lead, technical consultant — and I bring that full-stack perspective to every project I join.
Outside of code, I'm a talkative extrovert who loves animals, travel, and photography. I believe the best engineers are curious about the world — not just the screen in front of them.
Built and led a 20+ engineer team across 6 countries. Drove hiring, onboarding, and microservices architecture for a platform operating across the Middle East.
Led a team of 12 across e-commerce platform development, release pipelines, and code reviews for a turnkey e-commerce agency.
Developed website and native iOS mobile application for a platform connecting local companies with global markets.
